What is the return policy?
If you have ordered one of our products and it has some sort of issue within a couple of days, contact us immediately and we can get it repaired or refunded if sent back to us.
When will I get my order?
This can depend on when you order and how long it will take for our manufacturer to send out the items to us. Once we confirm that the items have been dispatched and have attached tracking, you can expect the parcel in the next day or two.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured here in the United Kingdom, on this store we try not to sell non-UK manufactured products or any pre-owned products either.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is dependent on order weight, location, and others. If you are in the UK, most items will ship at a flat rate and through Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.
